Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, all our road-legal number plates are made to be fully compliant with UK DVLA and BSAU 145e standards. Please note that show plates are intended for off-road, display, or private use only and are not legal for use on UK roads.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day or the next working day after the order has been placed. However, delays may sometimes occur due to stock availability, high order volumes, courier delays, weekends, or bank holidays.

After you place an order, you will be sent a link where you can upload or send us your documents securely.

By law, we are required to check these documents before supplying road-legal number plates. We are also required to keep a record of the documents for 3 years.

You must provide one document to confirm your identity and one document to confirm your entitlement to the registration number.

If the name on the identity document does not match the entitlement document, this is usually fine, as long as the correct entitlement to the registration number can still be shown.

Yes, all our plates come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. This includes issues such as letters falling off, bubbling, or reflective peeling.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, bent plates, drilled plates, or plates fitted with screws directly through the plate.

Yes, 3D and 4D plates can be road legal as long as they meet UK DVLA and BSAU 145e requirements. This includes the correct spacing, font, size, material, reflectivity, and supplier markings.

Any plates that do not meet these requirements are classed as show plates and must only be used off-road, for display, or private use.
