Most orders are processed and shipped either the same working day or the next working day after the order has been placed.

Customers will receive shipping updates where applicable once their order has been dispatched.

If there are any significant delays affecting your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.

Pulse Plates is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
