At Pulse Plates, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Custom Number Plates

All number plates sold by Pulse Plates are custom-made and personalised to the customer’s specifications.

Because these products are customised, personalised number plates are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is faulty
  • We have made an error with your order

Please ensure all registration details, spacing, font selections, and customisation choices are correct before submitting your order.

3. Refunds for Other Products

For all non-customised products and accessories, customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Refunds or replacements may be denied if we suspect:

  • Improper use of the product
  • Intentional damage
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Abuse, misuse, or unauthorised modifications

Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, Pulse Plates will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund where appropriate

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised number plates
  • Used products
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper installation

7. Cancellations

Number plate orders cannot be cancelled once productions has started. All non customised products can be cancelled with a £5 fee to cover transactions fees.
