At Pulse Plates, all number plates come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear from standard use.

Examples of issues covered under warranty may include:

• Letters or characters becoming detached
• Bubbling of the reflective material
• Peeling or lifting of the reflective layer
• Manufacturing defects affecting the appearance or quality of the plate

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Bent or cracked plates
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, pressure washing, or abuse
• Plates modified or altered after delivery
• Damage caused by drilling screws directly through the plate

Please note that the warranty is automatically void if:

• Screws are fitted directly through the plate
• The plate has been bent, flexed, or reshaped
• The plate has been modified or tampered with in any way

Where a warranty claim is approved, Pulse Plates will provide a replacement plate only. Refunds will not normally be issued under the warranty policy.

Any replacement plate supplied under warranty will continue only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period and does not restart or extend the original 1-year warranty.

Customers may be asked to provide clear photos of the issue before a warranty claim is approved.
